 Smart Mail is a service of Smart Service Systems, a small independent web services company.

We have run dedicated mail servers for almost 10 years in association with our Smartspace website platform, but now the time is right to set up a standalone email service.

Our small team is dedicated to providing personalised service to all clients. There are no call centres or scripted answers to requests.

What we strive to deliver is an up to date, well run email service which values privacy, security and reliablility.

Based in Regional Australia

We are based in Hervey Bay Queensland near the southern tip of the Geat Barrier Reef and opposite Fraser Island, the world's largest sand island.

This helps to keep costs down and allows us to be flexible in how we deliver our services.
