Help on DNS
When you use the Smart Mail Email Hosting service, you must ensure that your domain points to our servers.
Unless we have specifically provided you with custom settings, please use the settings below.
You will need to make changes to your DNS zone file to ensure that your emails are directed to your account correctly.
Your domain Name Server which are usually found in your domain registrar account will point to the zone file.
Your zone file could be managed by any one of the following:
Smart Mail will host your DNS at no charge if requested.
Mail Server 1: mail.smartmail.email
Preference: 0
TTL: 7200
Mail Server 2: smtp.smartmail.email
Preference: 10
TTL: 7200
Name: [blank]
Value: v=spf1 mx a ip4:103.3.62.214/32 a:mailer.smartmail.email a:mail.smartmail.email a:smtp.smartmail.email ~all
TTL: 3600
Hostname: webmail
Aliases To: webmail.smartmail.email
TTL: 14400
